Romanian Bible in electronic format
It's a great tool that you can download for FREE. First you'll have to download
the software program Theophilos (9.5MB).
You need to install it on your computer.
It automatically includes the King James Bible version, which is a data file.
If you look in the theophil directory after install you'll see the kjv.dat file.
From the same site
you'll be able to download
the Romanian version as an ADD-ON data file for Theophilos.
Simply download the vdc.exe add-on (executable
zipped file - 2.5MB)
to a temporary directory on your hard
drive.
Run the vdc.exe file. This will extract
the vdc.dat file which is the
Romanian Bible data file ( Cornilescu
version)
You'll need to copy the vdc.dat file to the
theophil directory where the program
was installed and where the other data
file is at (kjv.dat).
The default install directory for the
Theophilos program is
C:\Program Files\Theophil
After all this, you can start the program and open both versions in separate windows and you can also synchronize the two windows so as you read in one version the other version displays the same verse. It also has search features which could be very useful!
